Many residents of Southern Nevada call the 22,500 acre master-planned community of Summerlin their home. Summerlin is spread across the Northwest section of The Las Vegas Valley in the shadow of the Spring Mountain Range and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation area. Summerlin is made up of it's own villages. Each village has it's own park, golf course, or major amenity. Each village also has it own unique style that is everywhere you look; from the homes, the landscaping and even the streetscapes.

The Villages Of Summerlin
The Arbors: The Arbor's takes up nearly 1300 acres. This village includes multi family and single family residences. The Arbors also delivers beautiful city views since it is at a higher elevation.
The Canyons: This high end village is centered around the Tournament Players Club at Summerlin which is an 18-hole championship golf course. This village offers a diverse range of home styles that includes single-family homes, multifamily homes, custom homes and apartments.
The Crossing: The Crossing is the center of Summerlin's business and commercial activities, including the 155 acres that is The Crossing Business center. Bound by Azasazi, Town Center, and Summerlin Parkway, this 540 acre village includes single family and multiFamily neighborhoods as well as luxury apartment homes.
The Gardens: this 410 acre village has a beautiful garden-like setting. It's mix of single family and multifamily neighborhoods are grouped around a central loop and park along with several retail and employment centers.
The Hills: This is Summerlin's first village, and it has definitely set a standard for landscaping in Summerlin, with it's beautifully landscaped streets and parks. This village is almost 400 acres and offers multifamily and single-family neighborhoods.
The Hills South: This 700 acre village is home to the custom home neighborhoods of Eagle Hills and Tournament Hills. It also features other single family and multi-family neighborhoods. The PGA's annual Invensys Classic of Las Vegas is hosted by the Tournament Players Club at Summerlin, that is located in The Hills South. the Donald W. Reynolds Cultural Center, The Nevada Ballet Theatre, and the Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center also call The Hills South home.
The Paseos: The architecture of this 375 acre residential village is inspired by the Hacienda and Mission styles. It is just west of the I-215 Beltway and is bound on the north by Alta Drive, Desert Foothills to the East and Charleston the the South.
The Pueblo: This village has it's very own 62 acre park which has several walking trails, a desert interpretive garden, two play areas and a basketball court. This city-owned park also offers some of the most breath-taking desert scenery in Southern Nevada.
QueensRidge: QueensRidge is an upscale neighborhood that has a beautiful mix of French, Italian, and English styled luxury homes and estates. It takes up 800 acres along the north side of Peccole Ranch.
Red Rock Country Club: Red Rock Country Club is a fabulous guard gated community that is being developed by Sunrise Colony Company and will feature two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer.
The Ridges: This is an amazing guard gated community of custom and luxury homes. It is nestled along the Red Rock Canyon National Conversation Area. The Ridges it poised to become on of the most exclusive golf destinations in the Southwest.
Ridgebrook: Ridgebrook is a very intimate 100sq foot mini village. This small village features Ridgebrook park which is a 6 acre park that has a lighted tennis court, picnic pavilion, basketball court, interactive water play area and a children's area. The park is surrounded by four single-family neighborhoods
Siena: This 667 acre, age restricted community is currently under development and will feature 2,000 single story luxury homes and villas.
Summerlin Centre: Summerlin Centre is definitely the social hub of the community. It has the perfect balance of residential and retail with recreation areas, schools, parks, and offices.
Sun City Summerlin: This age-restricted community has 3 golf courses, community centers, shopping and restraints. It has close to 8,000 homes homes. All new construction in Sun City Summerlin is sold out, but there are many pre-owned homes for sale.
The Trails: This custom home neighborhoods of Mountain Trails and Desert trails call this village home. It also has other single family and multifamily neighborhoods, as well. This 573 acre village is also home to The Trails Community center and The Trails park which has two lighted softball fields, a lighted baseball field, and a community swimming pool
The Vistas: This 815 acre village is the first village within Summerlin's western region. It is just west of the I-215 Beltway. This village includes single-family homes, multifamily homes, and luxury apartment homes.
The Willows: The willows is a 731 acre village that offers a huge housing selection to fit almost any family's needs. They offer single family homes, multi family homes, luxury apartment homes, and custom homes.
